Les sushis sont préparés par un maître sushi sous nos yeux, à la demande, tout comme les plats que nous commandons via des petites feuilles que les serveurs viennent récupérer, nous permettant d’avoir des plats préparés spécialement pour nous, rare pour un restaurant à volonté ou les plats sont exposés pendant des heures… Le personnel était très agréable, dynamique. Seul petit bémol, le restaurant est victime de son succès et il était donc plein, légèrement bruyant mais ceci me paraît tout à fait normal. Je recommande et j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir !
